With a focus on internet solutions, EventMaker will make your event a more rewarding experience for the event planner and for the event participants.

A one-time service initialization fee will be charged to the customer to cover the costs of setup. The fee depends on the number of administrators (or users) that would be permitted to set up event web sites. Upon receipt of the initialization fee, the eventMaker staff would perform the following tasks:

• Assign special password(s) and access conditions for each administrator
• Set up an instance of the software in their own virtual subdirectory (which includes back-end database and program files)
• Create a database and populate with VBA (Visual Basic) macros
• Work with the client in uploading commonly used logos and graphics
• Set up accounting system with billing information / point of contact
